Nothing warms up a cold winter day like a wedding at A New Leaf in Chicago due to it’s amazing location in the downtown area just a few blocks from North Avenue Beach. I’m going to open this post up with a first dance photo that just shows off the amazing texture and color within the upstairs loft area!

A New Leaf is a complex location that offers great little intimate nooks and crannies for awesome photography.
This wedding was a bit atypical for us at the time given that it was a winter wedding after the season had slowed down but the short intimate ceremony in the dimly lit room contrasted by the exciting sounds the DJ whipped up made this another great wedding with Ben Pancoast of The Photography Team.
A New Leaf is filled with tons of amazing little details which make for very contemporary and modern weddings perfect for couples who have a limited amount of family coming to visit the big city!
Much of A New Leaf is filled with Candles to warm the mood and old Chicago brick with textured wood surrounds the entire space.

As you can see, even though A New Leaf is a warm and intimate location with old town charm and modern elegance, there’s no shortage of beautiful and fun locations for your wedding photography!

No detail is overlooked at A New Leaf including the catering and casual atmosphere!
